Soundproof Booths
EMS Surface Technology Ltd have a full range of purpose built soundproof booths specifically designed for the Thermal Spray Industry. The booths/rooms employ a modular rigid steel frame with sound absorption in fill panels and can be supplied in any size.
- Standard 100mm booth achieves less than 80dB(A) for all plasma, arc and flame spray processes.
- Standard 100mm High Density booth achieves less than 80dB(A) for all HVOF processes.
- Varying panel thickness and infill absorption materials mean the rooms can be adapted to achieve any required attenuation level.
- Access and door arrangements can be adapted to suit individual requirements.
- Windows are double/triple glazed and give 100% protection from uv light.
- Sliding blinds with varying shades of tint can be supplied to prevent glare
